Starting from a mess is normal
Late returns, a year of receipts in a shoebox, HST never registered, a payroll remittance missed — most of our new clients arrive with one of these. We work through the backlog, file what is outstanding, deal with the penalties and interest where there is a case to be made, and then set up something that stays current.
How we work
A short call first, so we understand the business and can say what the work involves. After that most of it happens by email and video call, with a named person you deal with each time. Documents are shared securely rather than by attachment. We are happy to meet at the Scarborough office when that is easier.
